With the purchase of an UPPAbaby Travel Bag, you qualify for UPPAbaby's TravelSafe Program. Any damages during air travel are fully covered.

If your gear is damaged during air travel, simply contact UPPAbaby within 14 days of your tripto file a claim. To make a claim, you will need to provide:

  1. Name, Address, and Serial Numbers of both your gear and Travel Bag.
  2.  Image of the damage to your gear.
  3. Proof of travel, including your departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.

Free shipping in Canada on:

  • Purchases over $99 in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, and Quebec
  • Purchases over $150 in Western Canada and the Territories
