More Milk Plus helps women quickly and effectively increase and enrich their breastmilk supply in 24 to 72 hours.

Contains: fenugreek, blessed thistle, nettles, and fennel seed. Made from fresh, certified organic herbs that are processed right after harvesting.

For convenience and ease of use, this is a liquid concentrate in vegetarian capsules. Alcohol-free.

Take 1 capsule with a small amount of liquid, 4 times per day (30 minutes before meals and at bedtime). If no increase is seen in 48 hours or if you weigh over 175 lbs. take 2 capsules 3 times per day.
