• Do not tumble dry, as heat may damage the cover or padding.

• Clean the plastic shell with mild soap and water.

• Do not use harsh chemicals or solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the seat.

In the event we assemble your product and a defect is discovered then many of our suppliers still require that customers complete the warranty process and claim directly with them. We are unable to change this and are not able to accept the item as a return or as an exchange. By accepting this service you agree to this condition.
