SAME Day Delivery in HRM when you order by 11am Tuesday through Saturday). Free over $99 ($7.99 for purchase up to $49, $4.99 for purchases between $49 and $99.) A valid cell phone number for the delivery recipient must be provided. Failed delivery attempts will be subject to an additional delivery fee.


FREE SHIPPING in Canada as follows:

  • Purchases over $99 in the Maritimes (otherwise a fee of $12.95 applies)
  • Purchases over $125 in Newfoundland, Ontario, and Quebec (otherwise a fee of $14.95 applies)
  • Purchases over $200 in Western Canada and the Territories (otherwise a fee of $18.95 applies)

We reserve the right to decline free shipping on certain orders in which the dimensional weight exceeds our free shipping thresholds. Our system will always assume we can ship an item for free. Should this prove troublesome due to the current global fuel prices then you will be contacted and asked to pay a portion. of the shipping fee. You will have the right to cancel your order. Returns & Exchanges

Car Seats are always Final Sale due to safety reasons. Products that we have assembled at your request cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in their original condition. Please include the receipt and original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee may apply. See our full refund policy for complete details.

Assembly Service

Complimentary stroller assembly is available when you pick up in store.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship or deliver strollers once they've been assembled
  • Strollers that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for this service.
  • This service is provided as a courtesy. In the event we assemble your product and a defect is discovered then many of our suppliers still require that customers complete the warranty process and claim directly with them. We are unable to change this and are not able to accept the item as a return or as an exchange. By accepting this service you agree to this condition.
  • Strollers and gear that have been assembled are not eligible for return.

Nurtured Car Seat Installation Services

Did you know that 3 out of 4 car seats aren’t installed correctly? We’re here to help make sure your little one is as safe as possible on every ride. Here’s how our car seat installation service works:

  • Purchase your seat. Follow this link to book your install, or follow the link in the separate email you will receive to schedule your installation at a time that works for you.
  • This service has a fee of $19.95/install.
  • Our certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPSAC) will walk you through how to install your car seat and talk with you about how to use it with confidence.
  • We regret due to insurance rules, we can only install seats purchased at Nurtured for the original owner of the car seat.
