A VEER Cruiser is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
Veer Accessories are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year, from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

Assembly Service
Complimentary stroller assembly is available when you pick up in store.
Please note:
- We cannot ship or deliver strollers once they've been assembled
- Strollers that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for this service.
- This service is provided as a courtesy. In the event we assemble your product and a defect is discovered then many of our suppliers still require that customers complete the warranty process and claim directly with them. We are unable to change this and are not able to accept the item as a return or as an exchange. By accepting this service you agree to this condition.
- Strollers and gear that have been assembled are not eligible for return.
