Organic Argentinian wool
Obasan’s wool comes from Patagonia Corriedale sheep in southern Argentina. The region has not been cultivated with modern chemicals or pesticides. Sheep roam year-round and are gathered twice yearly for parasite control and shearing. This produces a coarser wool with extra spring and resilience. Benefits include natural flame resistance, the ability to hold up to 35% of its weight in moisture while staying dry, and excellent insulation. Most of all, it is comfortable.
