Non Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered Final Sale.
- Any item that is opened, used, washed or worn or missing tags and the original intact packaging.
- For greater clarity any item deemed used, soiled, washed, scented or not fit for resale will not be accepted for exchanges or returns.
- Sale and Clearance items.
- Special Orders will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
- The following products cannot be returned and are always FINAL SALE:
- Car Seats, Strollers, Mattresses, Furniture, Playards, Swings, Maternity/Nursing Wear, Personal Care Products, all Potty Products, Teething Products and Pacifiers, Feeding Utensils and Dishes (including bottles).
Orders We Deliver or Ship To You:
We offer a 14 day period for refunds on unopened, unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging from the day you receive your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to Nurtured. After 14 days exchanges may be available for store credit based on the discretion of Nurtured.
Please note: You wil note be refunded any shipping charges for which you paid.Additionally, if you were shipped (or had items delivered) based on our free shipping and delivery programs you will be charged the actual shipping fee if the return of any item reduces your original order total below the free shipping or delivery threshold. This will be in the form of a reduction in the price refunded for the item you have returned.
In the event of a price error on the website the in store pricing of the item will prevail.
All online orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by Nurtured Products for Parenting Inc. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. To initiate a return please email a copy of your invoice or order confirmation to [email protected]
Return shipping to Nurtured Products for Parenting for all returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of goods received by the customer not matching those ordered. The customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges for any returns.
In Store, Curb Side Pick-Up or Phone Purchases:
Please note: if you were shipped or had items delivered for free based on our free shipping and delivery programs you will be charged the actual shipping fee if the return of any item reduces your original order total below the free shipping threshold. This will be in the form of a reduction in the price refunded for the item you have returned.
What if there’s a product defect?
If your product has a defect due to manufacturing then please let us know immediately. We will assist as we can but in some cases you will be referred to the manufacturer. Clothing items may be covered under warranty for production defects such as snap or zipper issues or issues with seams. Unfortunately we are unable to provide warranty assistance for picks or runs in fabrics once something has been received. If you require assistance with handling a defect in your order, please contact us for further instructions within 10 days of receiving your order.
We do not keep in store purchases on file, please keep your receipt. A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS.
