Join Karen Reed CD(DONA), LCCE, at Nurtured from 10:00-11:00 am for an informative talk about Birth Options. Contrary to popular belief, what you don't know can hurt you!

Karen draws upon her experience as a mother, a nurse, a certified birth doula, a Lamaze birth educator and as well as from her present study as a Birthing From Within mentor, to support women and couples to be well informed about their birth options. If we don't know our options we don't have any and can't be active participants in our births.
