Join Krista Ross, Certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, as she discusses some of the most common questions and concerns regarding your pelvic health during and after pregnancy.  This event has been developed for women who are pregnant or who have recently given birth; however, it is open to all moms who are curious about how physiotherapy can help with their pelvic health.

About Krista Ross (MScPT)

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and mother, Krista Ross (MScPT), holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology (Hons) from St. Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University.  Since her graduation in 2012, she has obtained experience in a wide variety of populations, including neurological, orthopaedic, paediatric, vestibular/vertigo and pelvic health.  Following graduation, she completed her Level 1 Advanced Manual Therapy skills training, giving her a more ‘hands-on’ approach to physiotherapy.  She has also spent time teaching and assisting upper-level students at the Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy.

Krista has a special interest in women’s health, is passionate about helping others and is a huge advocate for her profession.  As a mom of two young boys, she gained a better understanding of the effects of pregnancy and motherhood and aims to help women enjoy and stay active during these special times in life.  She is currently studying to become a Rost-certified pelvic floor physiotherapist which gives her further expertise in the area of physiotherapy during pregnancy.
